Sandbox VR does not have one dependable worldwide per-person price. The amount depends on the location, date, session and current offer. Use the selected venue’s booking page for the exact total rather than treating a search snippet or another country’s price as your quote.
Start with the exact branch
Select the country and city before comparing prices. Similar-looking location pages can use different currencies, weekday definitions and promotions. A quoted dollar price does not establish the price at a European or Asian venue.
The main FAQ also says its information can vary by location. My recommendation is to treat a specific branch’s current booking flow and confirmation as the basis for the purchase, while using general pages only as orientation.
Read starting prices literally
As checked on 25 October 2026, the official Dublin City Centre page advertises weekday tickets from €30 and weekend tickets from €50. These are location-specific starting prices, not a promise that every available session costs that amount.
A starting price may describe the cheapest qualifying option. Select the actual date, time and experience to see whether it applies. Do not convert these figures into a supposed Indian or worldwide ticket price; exchange conversion does not create local availability or local pricing.
For the documented details, consult the Dublin ticket pricing and check its stated scope before applying it to a different setup.
Calculate the group total at checkout
Use the displayed per-person amount and the actual participant count, then examine any taxes, booking charges or selected extras shown before payment. A simple arithmetic subtotal is useful, but it is not necessarily the final payable amount.
For example, four people at a hypothetical €40 each have a €160 ticket subtotal. That is an illustration of multiplication, not an advertised offer. Group packages, private events or multiple sessions may follow different quoting arrangements.
Check what is included
Confirm the experience selected, its approximate duration and what post-game media or other inclusions are provided at that location. Do not assume a birthday package or second experience is included in a standard session.
Ask whether a promotion applies to your chosen slot and whether a gift card covers the current total. A monetary gift card and a guaranteed entitlement to a particular session are different things. Read the actual conditions before using either.
Review eligibility and changes before paying
Check participant requirements, accessibility questions, arrival rules and cancellation or rescheduling conditions. These can matter more than a small advertised saving if a member of the group cannot participate or the group cannot reach the venue on time.
Contact the branch if a requirement is unclear. Do not rely on a review from a different city for refund policy or a staff exception. A price comparison is only useful when it compares sessions the whole group can actually use.
Compare the whole outing
Include transport, parking and any plans surrounding the session when budgeting. Also distinguish active gameplay from the complete time at the venue. The ticket is an entertainment experience, not ownership of the headset or a home game licence.
For the clearest plan, share the branch, selected slot, per-person price, final group total and change conditions with everyone. That prevents a “from” price from becoming an unexpected bill and lets the group decide from a concrete booking option.
